【答】 单机开始–运行，输入gpedit.msc，点击确定。
一次展开计算机配置–Windows设置–安全设置–本地策略–安全选项。
在右窗格中双击系统加密：使用FIPS兼容的算法来加密，散列，和前面，单机禁用然后点击确定
